Do you provide both DJ and karaoke services in Minnesota?

Yes. DJ music and karaoke can be combined seamlessly within the same booking or structured as separate segments during your wedding, bar show, corporate event, or private party.

Is your karaoke music licensed for public performance?

Yes. All karaoke tracks are professionally licensed for public venue use.

How large is your song library?

Velvet Sounds Entertainment offers over 160,000 karaoke and DJ tracks across all major genres and decades.

Do you travel outside Minneapolis and St. Paul?

Yes. I provide entertainment services throughout Minnesota, including the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area, Northern and Southern Minnesota and surrounding areas, including Western Wisconsin, Northern Iowa and Eastern North and South Dakota. Travel fees are added based on the distance to each location if they are 50 miles or further from the Mpls/St Paul Metro. In some instances, lodging may also be incorporated into the travel fees. This is usually added for venues that are 2 or more hours drive from the Metro area when events end after 8PM.

Can karaoke be included in a wedding reception?

Absolutely. Karaoke can be incorporated into your reception timeline or featured as a highlight portion of the evening.

Do you provide lighting or other services?
Yes. Up lighting, disco ball, LED bars, laser effects, fog machine, cold sparklers, Gobo personalized monograms and more are available as add-ons. More options are being added regularly. I will also be offering hand-held cold sparklers, fiber-optic wands, glowsticks, small lanterns, etc. to be incorporated into your event or wedding reception. (all specialty add-ons are based on availability)
